  139. inure to the benefit of TechSoft Software and any successors,
  140. administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by
  141. either party against the other arising out of or related to this agreement
  142. shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction
  143. located in Oregon.  The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction
  144. of said courts.

  149. LICENSE TERMS APPLICABLE TO USE AND DISTRIBUTION

  151. The Wizard Shareware System and all associated documentation are copyrighted
  152. products of TechSoft Software and are protected by United States copyright
  153. law and also by international treaty provisions.
  154.  
  155. The materials may not be modified in any way.
  156.  
  157. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to TechSoft Software.
  158. The use or distribution of these products is expressly prohibited, except as
  159. authorized by the terms of this agreement.

  162. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  164. Permission is granted to any individual or business to distribute this
  165. package, (except as detailed below), provided they convey a complete and
  166. unaltered copy of the entire package (except that the complete set of files,
  167. with no additions, deletions, or changes, may be recompressed using other
  168. compression algorithms and tools), and provided they claim no ownership
  169. of these products.

  171. TechSoft Software may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you
  172. in writing.

  176. TechSoft Software grants you the right to make as many copies of the
  177. "Shareware" version as you like and to give those copies to as many people
  178. as you like.  You must make sure that all files are intact (The best way
  179. to do this is distribute the Shareware copy as you received it) and to
  180. make sure that the UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE bitmap is present (Select
  181. Help|About on the main menu) in the version you distribute.  BBS System
  182. Operators may place the original archive on their systems for users to
  183. download.  Disk Vendors may distribute this package provided that they
  184. abide by the license detailed herein. In no way may you make this product
  185. a part of a packaged deal.  CD/ROM vendors must also follow the guidelines
  186. above as well as notifying us that you are distributing this product.
  187. However under no circumstances whatsoever is "Power User Software" or any
  188. affiliated company to "Power User Software" allowed, granted, or given
  189. permission to distribute this software in any form or anyway!.  Rack
  190. Vendors must obtain permission to distribute this package and may be
  191. required to pay a percentage fee. TechSoft Software reserves the right to
  192. terminate any distributors right to distribute at any time.
